Indications for penis extension are inborn penis diminution and patient’s wish to enlarge his male-organ. In the second case the problem has mostly psychological character.

Penis extension surgery supposes the usage of two methods. The second method continues the first one. The essence of penis extension surgery lies in dissection of the suspensory ligament. This ligament goes from the pubis area to cavernous bodies. Its dissection and plastic surgery of skin allows elongating penis for 2-3 cm.

The second method supposes releasing some cavernous bodies that are situated in the pubis area. This manipulation allows getting 2-3 cm more. For improving of the result and for further extension of the male-organ penis extenders – devices for penis stretching are used. Success of penis extension surgery is when the size of the male-organ is elongated for 5-6 cm. The standard result is 3-4 cm extension.

There are also other penis extension methods but they are not so popular because of a big number of complications that are not acceptable for cosmetic operations.
