Extender – scientific rationale

The penis extender provides tension on the penis, in order to increase penis and correcting distortions.

Principle stretch fabrics have long been used in modern surgery to increase and accelerate the healing of tissues. The regeneration of new cells of tissues used for the closure of various skin defects, burns, in the intensity of the loss of hair, etc. Even this principle is widely used orthopedic surgery in order to stimulate and increase the diaphysis of bones.

The mechanism of extender

Indications

1. Without use of surgical intervention:

• treatment of Peyronie’s disease;
• correction chordee without surgical intervention;
• penis enlargement, both in length and in diameter.

2. After operational use:

• after surgical treatment, so-called reconstructive surgery (degenerative and traumatic disorders, Peyronie’s disease, desmotomy)
• after the operating surgical therapy in the penis to prevent scarring.

Contraindications

In cases of injury, rupture or infection of the tissues should not be applied until complete recovery.
